  • Length: 1 page for junior bankers, 2 pages max for senior professionals
  • Font: Stick with readable classics like Calibri, Arial, or Garamond (10-12pt)
  • Margins: 0.75-1 inch (don't shrink below 0.5" even if you're desperate for space)
  • Format: Reverse chronological for most banking roles
  • File type: PDF (maintains formatting across all systems)
