If you believe your account or personal data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at privacy@resume.ai.

I. Anonymized and Aggregated Data

We may create and use anonymized or aggregated data derived from your personal data and usage of the Platform. This data does not identify you personally and is no longer treated as personal data under applicable laws.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data for purposes such as:

  • Analytics and reporting

  • Security and system integrity

We may also share such anonymized and aggregated data with third parties for these purposes.

J. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law (for example, GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access – to obtain confirmation whether we process your personal data and, where applicable, receive a copy of that data.

  • Right to lodge a complaint – to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to conditions or limitations under applicable law. We will assess each request in line with the relevant legal framework.

You can request that we delete your personal data associated with your use of Resume.AI, subject to our legal and contractual obligations.

However, we may retain certain data where required or permitted by law, including:

  • Records necessary to comply with tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations

  • Logs or minimal information about your request, so we can demonstrate compliance with our obligations

  • Data that has been anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you
